Celebrating Mother's day with Biba

One of my favourite brands in ethnic wear is Biba and they bowled me over once again. As part of the upcoming mother’s day celebrations, Biba sent 2 outfits for me and my daughter. My daughter S was thrilled at the sight of the red packet and excitedly teared away the taping to reveal a gorgeous white and gold choli with a white flared skirt and a red dupatta with golden zari. She immediately wore it and was happily twirling around while playing with her dupatta.
Cotton is the fabric for this season and that was what our outfits were crafted out of. My outfit was a Red and white embroidered anarkali with layers of fabric to hide the extra flab acquired by reviewing restaurants. It’s so summery yet can also be wore to a more formal occasion with the right accessories. For me however all that the outfit needed was the right pair of sandals and a bindi. What entailed next was the photoshoot, and both me and S had a gala time striking poses, trying to smile right , while hubby patiently worked behind the lens .All of it was worth the effort and that is reflected in the pictures. Thank you Biba for making this mother’s day so special for me and my kiddo :) For cool deals to celebrate this Mother's day check out http://www.biba.in/ #BibaMoms #StartTrendingWithBiba
