In my quest for some interesting dips, I came across these recipes .. Check them out.
Tomato Dip

1/2 Onion

4 tbsp Cremica Pizza Pasta Sauce

Here's a simple recipe to accompany these dips .
Ingredients
One baguette Loaf ( any other bread loaf
like garlic can also be used)

1st Variety:
|

Capsicum Yellow-Red-Green 1/2 pc Each
|
2nd Variety:
|
·
Mushroom diced 1/2 Cup
|
·
Sweet Corn 1/2 Cup ( can use frozen)
|
3rd variety
|
·
Tomato 1 pcs
|
·
Black Olives 2 Tbsp
|
·
Tomatoes 1 pcs
|
·
Cremica Cheese Mayonnaise
|
·
Cremica Pizza Pasta Sauce

Recipe
·
Cut the Baguette loaf in thick slices
·
Set the Oven to Grill or Baking Temperature of 250 C.
1st Variety:
·
Cut the Capsicum in small dices and mix with some Cheese Mayonnaise,
just so they stick well together, should not be runny.

Spread a good Layer on 3 Slices of Baguette. Set Aside.
2nd Variety:
·
Wash and dry well the Mushrooms.
·
Then cut in small Dices and mix with the sweet corn.
·
As before add the Mayonnaise so all sticks well together but must not
fall apart. Spread a good Layer on 3 Slices of Baguette. Set Aside.
3rd Variety:
·
Deseed the Tomato and cut in small cubes.
·
Chop up the Olive to small chunks.mix with some Pizza Pasta Sauce, just
so they stick well together, should not be runny.

Spread a good Layer on 3 Slices of Baguette. Set Aside.
·
Now that all toastinies are ready place them on the Oven Grid or Tray
and bake till the toastinies have the desired color.
